The spring session will run for 6 weeks, and classes start week of May 8, 2017.
You can register online, or drop in to the office to sign up.
- Registration opens for everyone on Monday, April 24 with the exception of Staff Yoga.
- Staff Yoga registration starts Monday, April 24th for McGill staff, and Monday, May 1st JAC staff and the community.
Please note: Registration for fitness classes does not include a membership to our Fitness Center. Memberships must be purchased to use the facility.
A minimum of 10 people registered is necessary to run the course, otherwise you can transfer to another class or get refunded.
- McGill Staff: $17.40 + taxes
- Complex Members & JAC staff: $35 + taxes
- Non-members & Community: $40 + taxes
- Drop-In fee per class $8 + taxes

|(For McGill Staff, JAC Staff) Yoga can be as much or as little as you want it to be. For some it is purely a physical pursuit, keeping the body toned, strong and flexible. For others, yoga becomes more of a mindset and a way of living. Whatever your reason for practicing, or your level of experience – you'll love the class. (Space is limited)|

The Trekfit gym is located outdoors behind Laird Hall (Campus Security) and overlooks our McEwen Field.
