The staff spring session will run for 6 weeks, and classes start the week of April 27, 2020
You can register online, or drop in to the office to sign up.

Please note: Registration for fitness classes does not include a membership to our Fitness Center. Memberships must be purchased to use the facility.
Staff/Lunch Prices
A minimum of 10 people registered is necessary to run the course. If the minimum is not reached, you can transfer to another class or get refunded.

- Complex Members & JAC staff: $35 + taxes
- Non-members & Community: $40 + taxes

Improve your badminton or pickleball in this unique course that uses a "practice and play" philosophy of learning. Participants will receive 20 minutes of dynamic instruction and skill development followed by 25 minutes of playing time. All equipment is provided. |
TAI CHI Monday 11:40-12:25 (Studio) April 27- June 1 (Leon) |
Tai chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. If you're looking for a way to reduce stress, Tai Chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements.

A strength training class targeting major muscle groups using various equipment and body weight. TBF incorporates bursts of cardio into movements intended to help you tone all major muscles. |

Spinning is a great way to sweat off those calories, improve performance and give you a great work out. This great cardio workout will get you in tip-top shape. Get on the bike and ride! The instructor will lead you through a series of hills, sprints, and flats, while listening to great music! |
