EVENING FITNESS COURSES
Registration opens for everyone August 27, 2018.Our evening classes are open to staff, students and the public. Register online (make sure to follow the MAC courses icons) or drop by the Stewart Athletics Complex office and we'll be happy to help you. Click here to view our Lunch/Staff Courses.
Courses begin September 17, 2018 and run for 10 weeks (No classes on October 8 for Thanksgiving)

Look at our list of courses below, and see what fits in to your schedule. Note: A minimum of 10 people registered is necessary to run the course.
If you can't decide which course to take, buy an All-Access-Pass! The All-Access-Pass allows you to attend any of the evening classes offered Monday-Thursday - except for Spinning where bikes are limited and priority given to registered clients - but feel free to jump on a free bike any night.

Note: Registration for classes does not include access to the Fitness Center. A Membership must be purchased to use the facility.
SPINNING (studio) Mon & Wed 5:15-6:05 pm with Wendy
The instructor will lead you through a series of hills, sprints, and flats, designed to get your heart pumping. It's just like cycling on the road, but without the cars, dogs and potholes.
*Spinning bikes are reserved for registered clients, however ALL-ACCESS pass holders are welcome to join when there is a free bike.
H.I.I.T (gym) Mon & Wed 6:10 pm-7:05 pm with Wendy
Using calorie-burning high intensity interval training in a Bootcamp format in the gym, this class is designed to get your whole body in shape! Come sweat it out with us!
BROGA YOGA (gym) Wed 7pm-7:55 pm with Steeve
Men and women alike can take this course and enjoy balance, strength, flexibility, concentration, and relaxation - in every class! Here's a great opportunity to complement your current physical activity in a safe and mindful way.
BOOT CAMP (gym) Tues & Thurs 5:45-6:40pm with Jenn
Improve your strength and muscular endurance using a variety of resistance equipment and your own body weight. It's a perfect option for people who want to get stronger, leaner and more pumped and for anyone who likes a good sweat and isn't afraid of a challenge.
YOGA FLOW (gym) Tues & Thurs 6:45-7:40pm with Cathy
De-stress in this yoga workout that targets both mind and body. Build strength, increase flexibility, improve muscle tone, and learn to relax...everything you want after a long day's work.
