Paddle Board Yoga Trials & Classes

Try out your yoga skills on a paddle board on the tranquil waters of Lac St-Louis. Take a 1-hour trial class or register for the 2-week sessions, featuring a twice a week practice that adds the zen of fresh air and water to your asanas. The small group classes allow both experienced and novice yogis to become one with nature, the paddle board and their yoga practice. 

Moksha Yoga Take Over

We've teamed up with Moksha Yoga West Island to offer 1hr intro to SUP yoga classes the first three Sundays (10 am)  in August. Join the Moksha team and get your zen on.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of your course so we can get you out on the water on time. 

HAVING TROUBLE RESERVING YOUR SPOT?

The first time you register can be a process.....bear with us, it's much easier the second time around. Here are a few tips to guiide you through the process:

STEP 1 - CREATE YOUR CREDENTIALS (you only need to do this once)

McGILL STAFF, STUDENTS and ALUMNI:

DESKTOP: Use your McGill username and password to log into On-Line Services.

McGILL REC APP: Use your McGill student/staff number as your Username and click on “Forgot Username and Password”. You’ll receive your password for the McGill Rec app by e-mail within a couple of minutes. Keep the password or change it once you log into the McGill Rec app by clicking on My Account and following the directions. NOTE: This password is good for the McGill Rec app only. Use your McGill username and password to log onto the desktop version of On-Line Services.

GENERAL COMMUNITY: 

DESKTOP: Sign in to On-Line Services as a guest and follow the instructions to create your own username and password.

McGill REC APP: Use your new credentials to sign into the McGill Rec app. 

 

STEP 2 - REGISTER FOR THE MOKSHA YOGA TAKEOVER

DESKTOP

Use your newly created credentials to sign in to On-Line Services. Choose <<Paddle Classes>>. New screen. <<Class>> (Moksha SUP Yoga Takeover), <<Date>> (Aug 6, 13 or 20). Your preferred class should pop up. Click on the class and click on enroll.  All done. See you on the water.

APP

Use your newly created credentials to sign in.  Click on  <Classes>>. Choose your date of choice (Aug 6, 13 or 20), Choose Moksha SUP Yoga Takeover. Pay. You're done. See you on the water.

 

 

Séance d’essai de yoga sur planche à pagaie et pratique du yoga sur planche à pagaie

Essayez vos poses de yoga sur une planche à pagaie flottant sur les eaux tranquilles du lac St-Louis. Faites une séance d’essai d’une heure ou inscrivez-vous à une session de 2 semaines, avec des pratiques deux fois par semaine, pour l’ambiance zen de vos asanas avec la fraîcheur de l’air et de l’eau. Les cours en petits groupes permettent aux adeptes du yoga expérimentés ou novices, de communier avec la nature en pratiquant le yoga sur une planche à pagaie. 

Veuillez arriver 15 minutes avant le début de votre leçon, pour pouvoir vous engager sur l’eau à l’heure prévue.
