Good News! STUDENTS can attend ANY of the fitness classes (daytime - evening & ONLINE!) with your all access pass. MIX IT UP: Try a Bootcamp class on Monday, Yoga on Tuesday, Total Body Fitness on Wednesday and Spin on Thursday! 

Now you have more opportunities to stay fit and get the most out of your Mac Athletics membership!

Mac Ghost Run

Join us for the 2021 MAC & JAC Ghost RUN! Candy! PRIZES! Fitness! FUN! Between October 25-31st Log your runs, walks or jogs into the Strava App under MacAthletics Groups.

There is a suggested route to follow of just under 5km but we are running on the honour system for you to achieve at least that amount of mileage.

If you don't have access to the app, come by the Stewart Gymnasium to sign up and log your mileage at the front entrance. 

Prizes will inlcude, sweet treats and McGill/Mac gear for those who have logged the most amount of rounds on the course!

ARENA  - Take advantage of free skating and hockey in the middle of the day.

GYM - Equipment is available at the gym.  Proper clothing and indoor foot attire are a MUST.

STUDIO - A quiet place to practice yoga, stretch, dance, or use the spin bikes.
