Fitness and Recreation programming update as of January 26, 2021
It's great to see so many people taking advantage of our current recreation offerings!
A reminder to all participants to please read through the following before arriving on-site.

Reservations are required for all activities and must be made online before arriving at the gym. No drop-in activities are currently available. Check our hours of operation before booking.

Please arrive no more than five minutes before your reserved time, and kindly leave the building shortly after your session has ended.

Locker rooms are open, but please limit their use unless absolutely necessary and make sure to keep a two metre distance from other members.

Masks must be worn at all times when participating in recreational skating.

Masks are not required when actively playing singles tennis, singles badminton, jogging or individual basketball. However, they must be worn before and after participating in these activities.

Individual basketball workouts (one person per basket)
Table Tennis
Rec skating & figure skating
Punching bag
Cross country ski rentals (skis can be rented and picked up during the gym hours of operation - no pre-reservastion necessary)
DOWNTOWN CAMPUS
Lap swimming at the Memorial Pool
Singles tennis
Singles badminton
Individual basketball workouts (one person per basket)
Rec skating
Running on the track
Advanced online reservations will be required for all activities.
