Tips on how to use the outdoor gym

Don't know how to use the equipment in the new outdoor gym? Take a look at the new signs offering exercise suggestions and tips. Better yet, download a QR code scanner app on your smartphone and scan the QR codes on the signs for videos demonstrating the exercises.

Consider jogging around the fields or sprinting up the walking path inbetween exercises. Or, borrow a suspension trainer from the gym (with your ID card) and attach it to the equipment. Borrow a set of kettlebells and add some more equipment to your workout. The possibilities are endless. Go ahead and give it a try.

GYM - Equipment is available at the gym.  Proper clothing and indoor foot attire are a MUST.

STUDIO - A quiet place to practice yoga, stretch, dance, or use the spin bikes.
