A little about our personal trainer, Jennifer Pryce...
With over 20 years of experience as a fitness instructor and Personal Trainer, Jenn found her passion in the health and wellness industry. Jenn has her B. Kinesiology from McGill and is CanFitPro certified in Spinning, Barre, Yoga, Pilates, (and much more!), Jenn is very excited to share her passion for « Body Positive » personal training, focusing on your body’s individual and unique needs.
A little about our personal trainer, Jay Gittens...
Jay specializes in weight loss and muscle building, and has experience working with a wide range of clients from the ages of 14 to 60. Passionate about fitness and helping others, he aims to give only the best of himself to the people he meets. He focuses on functional training but does not neglect the importance of mobility work and cardiovascular activity in his programs.
Appointments are booked by using On-Line Services where you can pay for your appointments in one step. Make sure to "Make a Reservation" and follow the "Mac Personal Training" option.
You may also book your appointment in person at the Stewart Athletics Complex, or call 514-398-7789 to book and pay over the phone with your credit card.
Make sure to allow 48 hours notice when reserving. The hourly rate is $57.00 which includes a fitness assessment, discussion of fitness goals, and a personalized fitness prescription.
