Get your weekly fitness fix!  Guaranteed spot for 6-week period beginning the week of April 15th .  No reservation required once you are signed up!

McGill Staff:  $17.40 + taxes each for the entire session

JAC staff $35 + taxes each for the entire session

McGill Students $30+ taxes each for the entire session

Community Members $40 + taxes each for the entire session

This athletic inspired workout will put a little extra sweat in your mid-day routine. A mix of cardio and strength intervals, it’s a challenging workout that builds fitness, strength and puts an extra oomph in your step!

 

Yoga with Maureen

This gentle flowing class will move you through basic yoga postures designed to rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit. Perfect for beginners and anyone who wants to get the kinks out of a body that’s been sitting behind a desk.

 

Total Body Fitness with Bassel

This class has it all – cardio, strength and core training, inspired by current fitness trends. From beginner to advanced, everyone is welcome to challenge their limits, improve their fitness and have some fun.
