WINTER 2022

During the 2022 winter semester, staff can participate in a combination of in-person activities, live streamed classes via Zoom and have access to the on-demand library of classes.

Get your weekly fitness fix!  Guaranteed spot for 13-week period beginning week of January 17th.  No reservation required. Includes access to our on-demand library and zoom classes

McGill Staff:  $17.40 + taxes per class

JAC staff & McGill students:  $45+ taxes ($35 for once per week classes)

Drop-In fee per class $8 + taxes

Courses start the week of January 17th and wrap up the week of April 3rd 2022


As of September 1, 2021, access to the Macdonald Stewart indoor facilities and programs is limited to those with a vaccine passport, which will be verIfied upon entry to the building.

This athletic inspired workout will put a little extra sweat in your mid-day routine. A mix of cardio and strength intervals, it’s a challenging workout that builds fitness, strength and puts an extra oomph in your step!

 

Yoga with Maureen

This gentle flowing class will move you through basic yoga postures designed to rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit. Perfect for beginners and anyone who wants to get the kinks out of a body that’s been sitting behind a desk.

 

Spin with Crystal

Looking for a good sweat? Terri’s spin class offers enough challenge to keep aerobic junkies happy, while still welcoming enough for those looking to build in their current level of fitness. You’ll love the energy, music and challenge.

 

Total Body Fitness with Jenn

This class has it all – cardio, strength and core training, inspired by current fitness trends. From beginner to advanced, everyone is welcome to challenge their limits, improve their fitness and have some fun.  

 

Staff Badminton

Pick up a badminton racquet at the gym office, or bring your own, and join fellow staff for friendly pick up games every Tuesday. No instruction, just a gym, a net, a racquet and fellow McGillians looking for an active break in their day.
