The vaccination passport is required
A 1-m physical distance must be maintained between individuals
A face covering must be worn when circulating indoors
The face covering may be removed during intense physical activity (e.g. treadmill, spinning classes). In this case, a 2-m physical distance must be maintained between individuals
Get fit this fall with a mix of in-person and on-line fitnesss classes designed to accomodate a variety of schedules, interests and fitness levels. Buy an unlimited pass and take as many in-person and/or on-line classes (evening and lunch-time) as you like or choose a five or 10-pack of classes. As part of our get back to the GYM promotion, BOTH Staff & Students have access to the lunch time and evening fitness classes.

Access to the Macdonald Stewart indoor facilities is limited to those with a vaccine passport, which will be verfied upon entry to the building.

A flowing blend of yoga postures, this end of the day class is designed to shake out the day’s stress with the perfect balance of breath, movement and flow building flexibility, balance and core strength.

This class has it all – cardio, strength and core training, inspired by current fitness trends i.e:"TikTok" "YouTube". From beginner to advanced, everyone is welcome to challenge their limits, improve their fitness and have some fun.
