EVENING FITNESS COURSES
Registration opens for everyone August 26, 2019.Our evening classes are open to staff, students and the public. Register online (make sure to follow the MAC courses icons) or drop by the Stewart Athletics Complex office and we'll be happy to help you. Click here to view our Lunch/Staff Courses.
Courses begin September 16, 2019 and run for 10 weeks (No classes October 14 for Thanksgiving)

ABS, BACK & BOOTY (studio) Mon & Wed 7:00 pm-7:55 pm with Wendy
The Abs, Back & Booty class features muscle strengthening and toning exercise for the abdominals, back, legs and butt. Core stability, strength and endurance will all be challenged.
CARDIO KICKBOXING (gym) Mon & Wed 5:45 pm-6:40 pm with Wendy
Unleash your inner warrior by kicking and punching your way to better fitness. This high energy class will challange your whole body working on strength, cardio, agility, coordination and balance and teach you new combinations of moves that you won't find in any other fitness class.
SPINNING (studio) Mon 5:45-6:40 pm with Terri
The instructor will lead you through a series of hills, sprints, and flats, designed to get your heart pumping. It's just like cycling on the road, but without the cars, dogs and potholes.
BOOTCAMP (gym) Tues (Jodi-Ann) & Thurs (Jay) 5:45-6:40 pm
Improve your strength and muscular endurance using a variety of resistance equipment and your own body weight. It's a perfect option for people who want to get stronger, leaner and more pumped and for anyone who likes a good sweat and isn't afraid of a challenge.
YOGA FLOW (gym) Tues & Thurs 6:45-7:40 pm with Cathy
De-stress in this yoga workout that targets both mind and body. Build strength, increase flexibility, improve muscle tone, and learn to relax...everything you want after a long day's work.
