Buy a McGill staff or student all access pass and mix and match classes according to how you feel. Need a good stretch? Try a yoga class - online or in-person. Wanna sweat? Take one of our interval classes at the gym. Love to dance? Try the 80's Dance class in the privacy of your own space..
Buy an all-access pass and take advantage the whole catalogue of classes or a 5 or 10-pack of evening classes so you can test the waters.
All classes will be held in the gym, offering lots of space to workout safely. Reserve your spot 48 hours before and up to one hour before the class, as space is limited.
