Yoga with Maureen
This gentle flowing class will move you through basic yoga postures designed to rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit. Perfect for beginners and anyone who wants to get the kinks out of a body that’s been sitting behind a desk.
Total Body Fitness with Bassel
This class has it all – cardio, strength and core training, inspired by current fitness trends. From beginner to advanced, everyone is welcome to challenge their limits, improve their fitness and have some fun.
Intro to Pickleball
Learn the basics of this popular racquet sport, that's easy to learn and tons of fun to play.
Staff Rec
Pick up a badminton racquet, basketball or volleyball at the gym office, or bring your own, and join fellow staff for friendly pick up games every Tuesday & Thursday. No instruction, just a gym, a net, a racquet and fellow McGillians looking for an active break in their day.
